Crystal Rivera
Crystal Rivera is our office coordinator. She is responsible for setting up appointments, arranging office schedules, greeting patients and answering phone calls. She takes great pride in running a professional, courteous and efficient office.
Michele Thacker
Michele Thacker, LPN is our clinical coordinator. She has many years of clinical experience and assists Dr. Petusevsky in obtaining medical history information and vital signs, relaying laboratory and diagnostic test results to patients, refilling prescriptions, answering clinical questions, and helping to educate patients. Michele takes great pride in providing a high-level of service to our patients.
John Unbehaun
John Unbehaun, CRT is our pulmonary function technician. He has many years of experience in the hospital and outpatient setting and performs pulmonary function studies two days a week in our Naples location. John is efficient and courteous, and thoroughly enjoys assisting our patients.
